The amenities were great, with a fully equipped gym and a refreshing pool. The breakfast was yummy, with options for everyone from oatmeal to muffins. The location of the hotel was perfect, just 10 minutes drive from the business district. The hotel staff was also very friendly and accommodating.
The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovations. There was some noise coming from the neighboring rooms and hallway, making it difficult to sleep at times.

The hotel was in the middle of renovations, and it showed, but the staff were EXCEPTIONAL. Front desk, housekeeping, breakfast service were all extremely friendly and helpful.

Staff was very nice and offered lots of information when we needed it. I joined the rewards club and was given early check/late check out and a free upgrade to a jacuzzi room -- loved it! Tub was wonderful . . . had a great weekend with boyfriend. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. It looks like there will be a change in ownership sometime in near future . . . not sure if the rewards benefits that we enjoyed will continue. Room and hotel wasn't a 4-star hotel . . . but then I didn't pay 4-star prices. Overall very pleased with our stay.
Pretty content with everything.

You get what you pay for. Pictures were misleading as far as we were concerned. It suited the purpose of giving you somewhere to lay your head but not much more.

The room was a surprise. It was a suite. One room king bed, table, 2 comfy chairs, TV, iron & ironing board, and bathroom. The second room which we did not know we were getting had sleeper sofa, 2 recliners, TV, fridge, microwave, iron & ironing board and bathroom. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff at the front desk were helpful, polite, and courteous. Companies should send people to this hotel for training purposes.
There was nothing we did not like about our stay. We were in the area for the Covered Bridge Festival and had a wonderfully relaxing stay at the hotel.

The continental breakfast was very nice except there was no fruit offered The price was good. Location was easy to get to.
The elevater was broken. The hotel need to be updated very badly: room numbers not on rooms, worn carpets, wires to ceiling light exposed, bathroom sink leaked onto floor. Booked on line on Tues.. When we called on the way and when we got there on Friday our reservation was not in the computer, the guy with the painted red hair found it in a notebook. Just a doubled top sheet on the beds, no blankets or comforter in room. Room did not get cleaned. Found a "Do not disturbe" sign on the door (ours was still inside the room). My guess is housekeeping did not want to clean the room so they put the sign on it. therefore not enough towels for showers.

It was available and less expensively priced than other hotels in Terre Haute.
Bright and early Sunday morning, the pipes started banging so loudly that it sounded like a jackhammer was pounding overhead. It woke up my family and ruined our sleep. Also, the breakfast was pretty meager and by the time we got there around 9:30 a.m., there was scant left but cereal and one toaster waffle.

It was dirty, 2 out of 3 staff members were rude, and needs to be updated. Overall not a good experience at all.

Breakfast was great with hot food and multiple choices. Pool was nice.
The only thing I didn't like was that I asked for a later checkout time because of my daughter's tournament and they said they could not do this if I was not a club member.
